He has proven experience in business development and mergers and acquisitions with an ability to think strategically and adapt to changing environments, focusing on continuous improvement. Perfect for a Board seeking a values based and community oriented executive with a demonstrated desire and passion for active community participation and to make a lasting difference within the communities in which he and his organisation serves.

CFO – Transport/FMCG/Community Services – $170,000 – $240,000 + superannuation

This candidate is up for a challenge to work with a CEO and Board that is open to change and organisations seeking to transform. Degree qualified in commerce (accounting, economics and commercial law) with a CPA our candidate brings exposure equally in transport/logistics and the community sector. He enjoys helping structure a business in the right way so it will be successful. He has been in the M&A world with large conglomerates integrating smaller businesses including mentoring and training staff. Success features include implementation of finance, business and ERP systems as well as new ideas, or turning around businesses from loss to profit making, effectively overseeing business divisions and providing appropriate reporting for informed decision making.

General Counsel/Legal Counsel – Corporate & Commercial – $210,000 – $220,000

This General Counsel is an experienced corporate lawyer, governance professional, negotiator and board member with ASX200 experience in agriculture, technology, procurement, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, data and privacy, compliance, banking and general commercial law. Skilled in management, negotiation, corporate governance, strategic planning and drafting policies, he now seeks a Head of Legal or broader commercial role within a medium/large enterprise where he can contribute to strategy and risk management as part of the senior leadership team

Head of Strategy – Community/Health Services – $200,000

Coming from an allied health and clinical governance background, our candidate has been in Strategy and/or Fundraising roles for over 15 years. She has been instrumental in research, horizon scanning and evidence analysis to inform an organisation’s strategic plan. She has worked with new organisations and merged organisations playing a key role in establishing an organisation’s vision, mission and values. From a funding perspective she has been an integral part of a collaborative effort to gain funds of the order of $4million to $26million. She is a talented Executive who would immediately add value to organisations who are addressing new strategic directions.

Chief Risk Consultant – $140 per hour plus GST

Our candidate is an accomplished risk leader with twenty years’ experience specialising in governance, risk management, transformation, regulatory affairs, and compliance. She has worked in finance and investment industries, has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Cyber Risk Security and Strategy, and is a Certified Compliance Professional (through GRC Institute), as well as the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) memberships. This risk consultant can assist an organisation develop and implement risk and compliance frameworks and associated infrastructure to manage risk and compliance.

Property Consultant – $1200 – $1500 (Day Rate) + GST 

Recently relocated to Geelong this Property Consultant has assisted organisations consolidate and/or optimise their property portfolio. His achievements in this area include the Department of Treasury and Finance, where he led and delivered significant accommodation strategies, financial savings and key initiatives for the largest commercial office portfolio in Victoria. His qualifications include a Master of Sustainable Practice, Diploma of Property Development, a Bachelor of Business and Property Studies (Valuation) and Built Environment (Building Design and Construction). he could equally assist developers, consultants or government departments in a Development Manager capacity for Precinct Development, Growth Area Plans, and Urban Structure Plans and Frameworks.
